Being in the catering business all our life, we understand that the heart of every catering business is the kitchen and that a well designed kitchen is the main ingredient to create extraordinary cuisine! We have a modern office and production facilities based on BRC Standards. Our facilities have been registered and approved as food premises by local authorities.
Attention to detail in the planning of our kitchen, our chosen layout and overall design on our brand new facilities will enable us to continue to create and cater new recipes to our existing and new clientele base, streamline compliance and due diligence obligations. We ensure all aspects of food safety issues are addressed, to make food safe at every stage. This will help us to easily import most of the foods from source, enable traceability, quality control, cost effectiveness and control on the food supply chain cycle.
Our production kitchen environment is controlled automatically, which is a significant feature, helping our chefs to work in safe conditions to produce mouth watering recipes for our clientele. Our effluents are treated and odour abated, thus are environmentally friendly. Operating with a strong logistic team that can meet all your catering requirements, in hotels, outdoor venues or even your own home, our teams are equipped with a fleet of well maintained temperature controlled vehicles to ensure all food transportation is carried out with health and safety as a paramount factor.

Health and Safety
Your health and safety is paramount.
At Paisley Gold we’re committed to upholding a very strict health and safety policy at all our organised and managed events. Every step of the way we ensure legislation is considered and applied to every individual event. Our processes have been incorporated and applied at every critical stage - from procurement of raw materials to transportation of products. We have the latest food standards and our facilities are registered and approved as food production premises.
We only work with contractors and suppliers who are equally committed to health and safety procedures and hold the relevant and appropriate health and safety certificates. Final checks are conducted before any event, to make sure that all equipment, decor and lighting are safe to use, as well as ensuring that all walkways and fire exits are clear. All décor, including materials and props used, are fire retardant and all electrical equipment is PAT tested and approved. Strict health and hygiene regulations are observed at all times. Risk assessments, action plans and method statements are in place to ensure a safe working environment for all guest, staff and suppliers
